This is not a total loss. Customers who have purchased the lamp from Amazon or Amazon Fulfillment Centers can request a new Touch-On Sensor from the manufacturer, and it will be replaced at no charge. 3. The Lamp must be plugged directly into a wall socket. Plugging it into a Multi-Plug Adaptor is not allowed, as it will easily burn the Lamp.
